大家好! It has been another pretty great week here in the beautiful town of Templeton, we have had a lot of success and we managed to find 3 people this week! It has been super cool to see how the lord's hand works out here. In other news we received bikes this week which have made for some pretty fun adventures and some really sore legs haha. One thing we have seen strongly is the importance of working where there is improvement. We have dropped a lot of people this month, but in doing so we have opened the doors for the lord to bless us more abundantly. We dropped a few key people and in return the lord has blessed us with Three very elect people who are super ready to hear the gospel. Funny story: Today for P-day we played a game called Paranoia, in which a question is asked in private, the question is answered publicly with the name of someone in the group, afterwards a coin is flipped and if the coin comes up heads, the question is revealed. Hello everyone! It has been a hot hot week here in Templeton, with the hottest on Thursday being 109. Needless to say It has kept us inside and out of the sun. But all in all a pretty good week. We found two new people this week and we are super excited to see how they progress.  Sadly we had to drop our friend Evelyn this week as she is just kind of stuck, but we are going to continue praying for her and help her understand the Book of Mormon. It was probably the best drop lesson we have ever had. Anyway, that's been my week, Today I just wanted to spend some time and dedicate this email to my Hero, role model, and best friend. My father. My dad has been a constant support and rock in my life. He has taught me more than I ever thought possible. One of the greatest things my dad has taught me has been the importance of hard work. Hello folks! Another week has come and gone here in Templeton. We have been working hard and have met some people who are very prepared to have us enter their lives! They are all super cool and we can't wait to start teaching them soon! Sadly our friend Evelyn is not doing too well. She does not exactly remember what repentance is and why it is important.  Which makes teaching her about baptism much harder. With all that has been going on throughout the week we have seen many miracles. One of which came in the form of an Air Fryer.  We had just dropped one of the people we had been teaching and we were walking away from his apartment when we noticed something sitting by the dumpster. It turned out to be an Instant brand Vortex plus 10 model  Air Fryer. We took the lucky find back to our apartment and it is the best. Hello world! It's so weird to think this week is already over! But that is how it goes as a missionary. It's been a pretty average week as a missionary. We have spent a lot of time adjusting to new companions and getting in touch with our people. As we have done so we have been going through our teaching pool and separating the "Wheat from the Tares" and finding those that are genuinely interested in progressing. One such example is our friend Evelyn,  we had a lesson with her on Wednesday and we learned that her testimony of Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon is very... minimal. So we will continue working with her towards the 19th, but for now she is on hold. It has had us questioning why she meets with us and why we go over there.  This experience was kind of crushing as we have worked so hard to prepare her.
