Good morning everyone! Well another week has come and gone and I still can't think of a better introduction for these emails. But, let's jump into it. It's been a really fun week this week. I got to go on exchanges with Elder Sutherlands trainee, and then his trainees trainee! It was really fun.  Another awesome thing that happened this week was a devotional with President Nelson for the saints in California. It was really wonderful and inspiring. Now while his words were geared just towards California I would like to share 3 suggestions he gave us. 1. Seek truth 2. Make and keep covenants  3. Gather Israel If I was to expound on each of those it would take the rest of this email, so I won't. But take some time to ponder those three truths. Hello world, it's been a pretty fun pretty exciting week here in SLO and I couldn't ask for a better mission in the whole wide world. I love the great CVM.  We had a lot of fun things happen this week. Including interviews, exchanges, and a mini zone conference! It was awesome.  So we have also had a lot of success with our friends Nidia and Anthony this week. We were able to have a lesson with the two of them and we talked through the baptismal interview questions with them. After they both kind of looked at each other and were like, do we want to get baptized together? And they got all excited. So pray for them! (March 12th!). So now for the title. On Friday when we went to teach Nidia we found Anthony at her house with the hood up on his old BMW. So we walked over and started talking with him, he had some mechanical issues and we tried our best to help but to no avail. (Insert clever intro here) Well another week has blown by and I can hardly stop to breathe before the next one comes. This really is flying for those who were wondering. Tuesday I woke up, grabbed my bags, and drove for the next 2 or 3 hours up the central coast. Stopping in Oxnard, Santa Barbara, and Santa Maria to drop off missionaries, and unload luggage. It was a lot of fun to see some of my old missionary friends again and it has been awesome to be back in the SLO zone! This place is awesome.  We have 16 missionaries in total and they are all a party. It's been funny to talk with the Elders in Templeton about the area and the people and such. ( some will remember that I spent 6 months in that wonderful area) so it's been cool to see. Now as for the title we have had a few escapes this week, but don't be too worried. The first escape was the escape of a tortoise of someone we are teaching. The tortoise was in their front yard and when we left we forgot to latch the gate...

Oh hi everyone. It's me again....... Anyway the week here has been awesome and we have seen many miracles. This has simultaneously been the most stressful, but also happiest week of my life haha. Most of the week has been spent setting up Natisse's baptism and getting everything sorted out there. From invitations, to programs, to figuring out how we were going to stream the baptism, it's been a stressful week. But in the end it was all worth it for Thursday night.  I can't think of how else to describe Natisses' baptism besides.... pure. There was just so much stress leading up to Thursday night. But when Natisse finally walked through the church doors, everything was set at ease. It has been such a privilege to watch her progression and to see the growth she has made.
