#15 福音 fúyīn (Good news, Gospel)

Hello world! Another week has come and gone here in beautiful San Luis Obispo. We have been working hard and doing well! Our friends are all doing pretty well. But if you all could keep praying for them that would be wonderful!

MLC was this Tuesday, which meant a 2.5 hour drive down to Oxnard (always a good time) and then a 2.5 hour drive back up. It's a lot of time on the road, but you are right next to the ocean for most of it. So I can't complain.

We had some fun exchanges this week and I got to have a lot of fun with the Elders in our Zone. They are all so amazing. Pictures will most definitely be attached.

The title of this email comes from a new church video entitled: "The Good News". If you have not watched it yet. I recommend doing so right now. The video recounts Mary Magdalens discovery of the empty tomb, interaction with the savior, and then her telling the apostles the good news. The thing that has stood out to me in the video is the fact that Mary ran from the tomb. She didn't walk, or jog, she ran.

The news of the resurrection is something we cannot take for granted. We should be actively running to share the Good news. Just as Mary did.

Well. That's pretty much all from me everyone! Keep reading your scriptures, praying, and go to church on Sunday!

Pictures!
