#74 过山车 guòshānchē (Roller Coaster)
Hello everyone! It has been a crazy week here in California, full of ups and downs, so let me give you all some of the highlights. An Elder in our district got word this week that he is headed back to Brazil (so is my old comp, E. Christensen). The mission also told all reassigned missionaries to make sure their vaccines are up to date, so things are heating up. In other news our friend Shannon dropped us pretty hard this week, but some people are just not ready for the doctrine. It just gives us more time to focus on the Adame's.
One thing that I have learned the hard way out here is to accept God's timing, Which has been hard to accept but we all have to learn how to eventually. I have had to learn to accept that Shannons time is not now, and that she is just not prepared at this time. I also had to learn a similar lesson back when our friend Lia dropped us, the point of the story is that sometimes people are just not ready to change and accept the truth.
anyway, one funny story from the week, today we went shopping and we went to get our bottled water (The tap water here in Camarillo is super bad) and there were only 4 or 5 bottles left and they were all on the top row way in the back, so I went full ninja mode and climbed up these shelves to get to the water, anyway, it was pretty fun, E. Moore was laughing so hard.
